Before Sarah's PMU career, for decades, she effectively managed several successful multi-million dollar retail beauty stores and learned that successful businesses have always required the same basic foundations. As she layered those with her own custom systems, specific to business needs and demographics, it always led to steady growth.

She implemented these foundations in her own PMU business and mentors students to integrate them into their own practices. While sadly, many businesses had to shutter their doors, during or shortly after the pandemic, Sarah was busier than ever, even in the era of hyperinflation. While supply and operational costs skyrocketed for businesses, changing profit margins, Sarah started to recession proof her business. In the landscape where prospective new clients started being more hesitant to book luxury services, she implemented systems to remain profitable, by maximizing time and efficiency, while being booked and busy. She shares useful business tools and tips with her students and encourages them to do the same.
